1. Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these terms. HFI YT Localization is a private client and may be used only by the HiFi Immersion channel owner or personnel expressly authorized by that owner.
2. YouTube terms
HFI YT Localization uses YouTube API Services. By using the client, an authorized operator also agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, Google’s applicable policies and the YouTube API Services Terms and Developer Policies.
3. Permitted use
The client may be used only to validate and publish owner-approved localization data and caption tracks for the HiFi Immersion channel. It may not be used to manage an unrelated channel, bypass platform restrictions, scrape YouTube, access undocumented services or make changes without the channel owner’s authority.
4. Editorial content
Articles, recordings and listening impressions are provided for informational and editorial purposes. Listening results depend on the room, system, source, level, recording method and playback chain. Product references do not constitute a warranty or individualized purchasing advice.
5. Intellectual property and links
Original HiFi Immersion text, graphics and production are protected by applicable rights. Product names and third-party works remain the property of their respective owners. External links are provided for context; the external service controls its own content and terms.
6. Access and discontinuation
HiFi Immersion may suspend or discontinue the private client, revoke an operator’s access or update the workflow when needed for security, policy compliance or platform compatibility.
7. Privacy and deletion
Our Privacy Policy describes data handling. Authorization revocation and stored-data deletion are explained on the Data Deletion page.
